Throwin' rods from the Heavens

It's time for this blog to take off. Literally.

I went this morning and put $400 towards renewing my pilots license and flying again. Yes, I know, I've tried to do this no less than three times since I stopped flying... But I've never committed a large lump sum to doing such a thing before. So I guess I'm in it for the long haul. It's going to happen. It has to happen.

My gruff, angry flight instructor (the same one I've had since I was 14) has been notified that I'm coming back, and he seems skeptical.

Now I just need to find a way to attach a camera to a glider, and I'll be set.

I know this has little to do with cars, the automotive industry, or throwin' rods, but I am so fucking excited.
